The Property Group has enjoyed a relationship with Trumen Corp since 2008. Over this time we have provided development funding to four separate and successful projects. The various schemes were to construct a fairly unique mixed use project, to appeal to a variety of users. All projects have been profitable for both the developer and the Bank. The total of debt lines provided over the above period has been in excess of $32M. We are currently submitting for a fifth facility to support the Group with another $24M line. At all times we have found the conduct of the facilities to be very professional with sound analysis and attention to detail, essential elements in a successful project.
