Sam Allen

Chief Executive Officer

Trumen Corp Founder and CEO Sam Allen has over 30 years of experience in property development. Sam initially gained invaluable industry insight by observing and working with his father, who developed over 60 properties in Australia and the United States.

From this knowledge base, Sam went on to manage a range of small to large-scale projects in commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. In 1997, he helped establish a development company for a Sydney-based construction group which he ran for three years. Sam founded Trumen Corp in 2001 and has won widespread praise for his transparent, thorough, and timely business practices.

Sam has successfully created high-quality, innovative projects with a solid financial performance that has produced good returns for investors.

Brent Rae

Development Director

With over 35 years in the Property & Construction Industry, Brent brings a wealth of experience to Trumen Corp. Previously running his own Construction company for 20 years, focusing on partnering Development Companies has provided a knowledge base second to none. His project experiences include, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Residential, Aged Care and Tourist Industry Markets Sectors. This diversity has laid a platform to a problem solving attitude which he applies to all Trumen Projects. Brent’s focus on building strong teams and creative outcomes are the foundations of all Development projects under his control. The result – Consistently delivering quality projects.

Jackie Woosnam

Chief Financial Officer

Jackie joined the Trumen team in August 2018 and brings to Trumen over 20 years accounting and taxation experience. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jackie spent 10 years at Deloitte in Business and Tax Advisory services before working in Finance and Commerce in London. Upon returning to Australia, Jackie spent 10 years as the Financial Controller and personal tax advisor for Greg Norman and his related Golf Course Design Businesses. Jackie has extensive experience in the provision of key financial data to assist in effective business decision making, together with the establishment of accounting processes and tax strategies.

Lucas Joined Trumen in 2015 as an Assistant Development Manager and has since grown with the organisation delivering key projects in Sydney before moving to Melbourne to deliver Tumen’s first Victorian developments in Sandringham & Cheltenham and established our presence in the Melbourne property market.  As Development Manager, Lucas oversees due diligence on new sites; planning, design, authority approvals and construction for developments and all facets of project delivery in both Sydney and Melbourne. He has excellent abilities in delivering high quality projects and dealing with a complex array of stakeholders while ensuring key financial outcomes and project milestones are met.

Stephen joined Trumen in 2019, but has been involved in the business since 2018 as part of Trumen’s external accounting and advisory team. Stephen previously spent 3 and a half years at Grant Thornton in their Private Advisory team, gaining in depth experience working alongside a wide range of clients from varying industries with their business issues and compliance matters. Completing his Diploma of Chartered Accounting in December of 2019, he also holds a Masters of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Health Science. Stephen brings a curious mind and a positive attitude to the team, overseeing the financial aspects of all Trumen developments from commencement until hand over.

Georgie joined Trumen in 2019. Previously, she lived in the United States for over 13 years. Both in the US and Australia she worked as an Executive Assistant for 9 years to a High Net Worth Individual in Asheville, NC looking after a private portfolio of historic properties. Formerly, Georgie also worked as a Manager of female gym franchise, an Event Manager, and also, EA to the President and CEO of the Southern USA’s largest Pebble Tec company. At Trumen, Georgie brings her incredible organisational skills and combined property experience to the team.

Tian joined Trumen in 2020. She is CPA qualified and brings 12 years of experience in financial and management accounting. Prior to joining Trumen, Tian worked extensively in the news media and hospitality industry in Perth, then Sydney. She provided a full suite of financial accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services in multi-entity environments. Tian thrives on variety and activities and takes pride in turning clutter into orderliness and efficiency.
