27 light filled apartments and prime retail opportunity

Chippendale provided a district opportunity to develop a project in an incredible inner city location close to Central Station and the University of Technology Sydney. Developed by Trumen, the project was cleverly designed around an internal, light filled atrium area and comprised 27 apartments and 1 retail store. The highly desirable location was ideally suited to international students.
